Eurobike 2026: Industry and Organisers Map Out the Trade Fair’s Future

Eurobike 2026 is set to become a strategic milestone, introducing a more compact hall layout and laying the groundwork for an enhanced trade fair concept from 2027 onward.

The next Eurobike in Frankfurt will take place from June 24 to 27, 2026.

A fresh breeze for Eurobike. On the sidelines of the ECI Launch Reception in Brussels, Eurobike organiser Fairnamic met with the European Cycling Industries (ECI), ZIV – The Bicycle Industry and Zukunft Fahrrad to discuss the future direction of the world’s leading bicycle trade fair. The talks focused on a possible relaunch from 2027 onwards, new forms of cooperation with industry associations and the strategic role of Eurobike 2026 as a turning point for the event platform in Frankfurt am Main

The shared goal: to jointly advance and sustainably strengthen Eurobike as the central meeting point for the global bicycle and ecomobility industry. According to the participants, there is broad consensus on the importance of a strong, forward-looking trade fair concept that reflects the changing needs of manufacturers, brands, retailers and mobility stakeholders.

“The talks in Brussels showed that there is a shared interest in a strong, forward-looking Eurobike. Eurobike 2026 will be an important milestone in jointly laying the foundation for an enhanced trade fair concept from 2027 onwards,” says Philipp Ferger, Managing Director of Fairnamic GmbH. “Over the next few weeks, we will refine the content together with the associations and the international industry. A first strategic kick-off workshop with the teams from Friedrichshafen and Frankfurt further demonstrated that the Eurobike team is highly motivated to put new ideas into practice – and we are growing closer together as an organization.”

Eurobike 2026: compact, focused, clearly structured

While the long-term roadmap looks beyond 2027, Eurobike 2026 already plays a key role in this transformation. With a newly designed hall structure, the organisers are aiming to improve orientation, shorten walking distances and bring related themes closer together.

Halls 11 and 12 will form the core of the exhibition, bringing together established market leaders and innovative start-ups under one roof. Hall 11 will focus on performance and sports, including highlights such as the Adventure Area. Hall 12, meanwhile, will be dedicated to everyday mobility solutions, reflecting the growing importance of bicycles and e-bikes in daily transport.

International perspectives will be bundled in the “Global Sourcing” area in Hall 8, conceived as a hub for global trends and impulses and as a meeting point for industry and trade from around the world. In addition, the outdoor area will once again play a central role, complemented by extensive presentations as well as a wide range of test and demo tracks.

Looking ahead

The next Eurobike in Frankfurt is scheduled to take place from June 24 to 27, 2026. Alongside the flagship event in Germany, Eurobike is continuing its international expansion: since 2024, editions have been held in Jakarta, and in 2026 the trade fair will also take place in Istanbul from April 22 to 25, running in parallel with the Motobike motorcycle show.

With closer cooperation between organisers and industry associations, a restructured layout and a clear strategic roadmap, Eurobike is positioning itself to remain the central platform for the global bike and ecomobility universe in the years ahead.
