One month after Eurobike published its Call for Contributions at the beginning of December, the industry still has time to put future topics on the official agenda. Proposals can be submitted until January 23, 2026, covering topics ranging from innovation and retail strategy to policy, digitalisation, and sustainability.

Eurobike is inviting the bicycle and ecomobility industry to co-create parts of its 2026 program – an approach designed to make conference content more relevant and more closely tied to real-world decision-making. The call targets exhibitors, manufacturers, retailers and other partners who want to bring forward the themes that will matter most across product, business and mobility strategy next year.
The submission process is intentionally lightweight. Contributors can enter a short description of their topic via the online form on Eurobike’s website; ideas for speakers or formats are optional but encouraged. Eurobike will review the incoming proposals and select contributions for inclusion in the official agenda.
In terms of subject matter, the fair is casting a wide net. Eurobike is seeking impulses on current market trends, innovations and technology developments, as well as business and retail topics that can translate into practical action. Beyond the commercial lens, the call also highlights sustainability, digitalisation, policy and regulatory frameworks, broader mobility trends, and best practices – areas where industry alignment is increasingly valuable.
For the B2B audience, the significance lies in what gets discussed and who gets to define that discussion. Trade fairs have long been measured by product premieres and meeting density, but in a period of transformation, the agenda itself becomes part of the value proposition. Sessions that unpack regulation, service and repair models, connectivity and data, or new customer pathways can often be as decisive as the next hardware update—because they influence how products are sold, supported and scaled.
With one month already passed since launch, the clock is still ticking for companies that want their priorities reflected on stage. Eurobike 2026 will take place at Messe Frankfurt from June 24–27, 2026, and the Call for Contributions offers a direct route into the conversations the industry will carry into the next business cycle.
